The Kreg® 5" 80-Grit Sanding Discs remove material quickly when heavy stock removal, paint removal or aggressive shaping is required. The coarse 80-grit abrasive cuts efficiently and helps establish a consistent surface before progressing to finer sanding steps.
Built with GrainEX™ engineered abrasive grain, these sanding discs maintain a fast cutting rate while reducing heat buildup that can shorten abrasive life. The result is longer-lasting performance and more consistent sanding across large surfaces. An 8-hole dust extraction pattern delivers compatibility with most 5" random orbit sanders that use either 5-hole or 8-hole discs, helping keep dust under control and the workpiece visible.
The hook-and-loop backing system makes disc changes fast, allowing you to move efficiently between sanding stages. Rated for speeds up to 12,000 RPM, these random orbit sander discs provide the aggressive cutting action needed for surface preparation, stripping and shaping tasks.
